1. Read all paragraphs

2. Determine the topic of sentence from the paragraph that is read, the main idea that the writer wants to tell, which is usually in the initial sentence.

3. The position of the supporting sentence is usually always placed after the topic sentence because it serves as an explanation of the main idea to be told / topic sentence.
